These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the websites, software, applications, services, and technology platforms operated by PLZ Platform and its associated services, including PLZ Broadcasts, PLZ BaaS, PLZ TUNER, and related products.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the applicable service.
These Terms incorporate by reference the PLZ Platform Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information when you use our services. The Privacy Policy is available at https://myplz.com/privacy.
PLZ Platform provides technology and media infrastructure for broadcasting, audio streaming, radio discovery, digital media, and related services.
Our services may include:
Some services may be provided to broadcasters, businesses, institutions, partners, or individual listeners under separate commercial or technical agreements.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use services that require an account or commercial relationship.
If you use a PLZ service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Some PLZ services may require an account.

You must not share access credentials in a manner that compromises the security or proper operation of the service.
PLZ Platform may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, or other parties.
You must not use PLZ services to:
We may take appropriate action where we reasonably believe that a service is being misused.
Where a user, broadcaster, station, organization, or other customer uploads, submits, broadcasts, or makes content available through a PLZ service, that party remains responsible for the content and its legality.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to use and distribute content that you submit or broadcast through the platform.

PLZ Platform does not automatically acquire ownership of content submitted by users or customers.
However, you grant PLZ Platform the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, distribute, cache, and technically operate that content as part of providing the relevant service.
PLZ Platform respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that material available through our services infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient information to enable us to review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
This covers both content uploaded by broadcasters and stream URLs submitted to the community Station Directory.
PLZ services may provide access to radio stations, streams, websites, and other content operated by third parties.
PLZ Platform does not necessarily own, operate, or control those third-party stations or their content.
Availability, programming, station identity, content, copyright compliance, and other aspects of third-party services remain the responsibility of the relevant station or operator.
Third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.
PLZ TUNER provides access to radio stations and audio streams.
Station availability may change. A station may become temporarily or permanently unavailable, change its stream address, change its programming, or cease operation.
PLZ Platform does not guarantee that every station or stream will always be available.
Use of PLZ TUNER is also subject to the PLZ Platform Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
The PLZ Platform name, PLZ Broadcasts brand, PLZ TUNER brand, logos, software, designs, interfaces, technology, text, and other original materials provided by PLZ Platform are owned by or licensed to PLZ Platform unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit PLZ Platform materials without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
This does not transfer ownership of customer or user content to PLZ Platform.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our services, you agree that PLZ Platform may use that feedback to improve or develop its services without owing you compensation, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that any service will:
Services may be modified, upgraded, suspended, or discontinued.
We may also perform maintenance, security updates, infrastructure changes, or other operational work that temporarily affects availability.
PLZ services may integrate with or depend on third-party infrastructure, software, hosting providers, payment services, streaming services, APIs, or other technologies.
We are not responsible for failures or changes originating solely from third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Where a service is provided under a paid subscription, quotation, order, invoice, or separate commercial agreement, the applicable pricing and commercial terms will govern the relevant transaction.
Subscriptions - Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription through the available account controls or by contacting PLZ Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment processing - Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. PLZ Platform does not store full payment card details on its servers.
No refunds - Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
For business customers, additional terms may be agreed through a separate contract.
We may suspend or terminate access to a service where:
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.
Termination does not automatically remove obligations or rights that by their nature should continue after termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLZ services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee that third-party content, radio streams, programming, or external services will be accurate, lawful, available, or suitable for every user.
You are responsible for evaluating whether a service is appropriate for your use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLZ Platform will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use a service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For business customers, any additional limitation of liability may be governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

When we make material changes, we may update the date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the applicable service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, unless a separate written agreement with a customer provides otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts or other appropriate legal forums with jurisdiction under applicable law.
