Do I need any equipment to start?
No special gear needed. You can run your station from a browser. For automated playout, upload your music and set a schedule. A simple microphone is all you need for live broadcasting.
How quickly can I launch my station?
You can be on air in just a few minutes. Sign up, name your station, and upload your first track. The full setup: building playlists, scheduling shows, and configuring your station takes longer, but you can broadcast immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Tanzania, Kenya), bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. All prices are in USD; TZS estimates are shown for convenience.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan instantly: the new features are available right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No fees or penalties for switching.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to quarterly pricing. The discount is applied automatically when you select the annual toggle above.
Do you offer non-profit or educational discounts?
Yes, we do. If your station is run by a registered non-profit, educational institution, or community organization, contact us with proof of eligibility and we'll work out a discounted rate.
